\u201celigible applicant\u201d that will be entered into a lottery so that the remaining dispensary licenses are awarded to the randomly selected eligible class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What if some teams have the same Principal Officers and are Tied Applicants?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-035fda9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"035fda9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Unfortunately, this may disqualify you from being selected for the tie-breaker lottery in the Illinois dispensary rounds. There are 3 restrictions on a \u201ctied applicant\u201d becoming an \u201celigible applicant\u201d. They are:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-767b37d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"767b37d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>A tied applicant is prohibited from becoming an eligible applicant if a principal officer of the tied applicant is a principal officer of more tied applicants than the number of remaining available licenses.
