What is an Alabama Marijuana Cultivators License?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Alabama marijuana cultivators license (also referred to as the Alabama growers license or permit) is a document issued to growers and farmers to cultivate medical cannabis statewide. It allows the licensees to be part of the<\/span> cannabis industry by lawfully growing cannabis, hemp, and marijuana.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Who will issue Alabama cultivators licenses?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As with other Alabama cannabis business licenses, the\u00a0<\/span>Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission<\/span> (AMCC)<\/a> will be the ruling state body that issues and evaluates the application from parties interested in becoming part of the industry.<\/span><\/p>\n
